During my formative years in logistics management, there was nothing worse than struggling with a logistics or customs related issue, yet the service provider was impossible to get in contact with. I don’t kiss and tell but one of the largest firms left me high and dry to reconcile a bonded warehouse ledger from essentially a Banker’s Box full of dusty records. As the deadline approached, I decided to do it on my own and ironically fell in love with customs brokerage — this motivated me to take the Customs Broker License Exam (CBLE) and start my own firm. My wife, Clarisa is also part of this enterprise. The two of us both worked extensively around Central America so we have made some contacts with some of the biggest shipping providers such as Crowley, Seaboard Marine, amongst others.

The goal is to provide a “Boutique Brokerage” experience to our customers in order to provide the best service possible. In an ever-changing and increasingly complicated world, it makes a difference when someone picks up the phone!
